From the website for the Central Council of Church Bell-Ringers.

The Central Council of Church Bell-Ringers Rolls of Honour commemorate those ringers who fell in the Great War 1914-1918 and the 1939-1945 War.

The Council commissioned a handwritten Memorial Book for each War. For the First World War there are now two volumes.
These books can be viewed in a display case on the way up to the ringing chamber at St Paul’s Cathedral, London.

The Central Council of Church Bell-Ringers website contains photographic copies of the pages of each Book together with a listing of the text. Each entry shows the ringer’s name, initials, home tower and society name where known.

Richard Roberts (<richard.nsw@googlemail.com>) in conjunction with Alan Regin of the Central Council of Church Bell-Ringers have kindly researched the names listed in the two volumes for the First World War, and have extracted the names of soldiers of the Yorkshire Regiment whose names appear in it. 12 men of the Yorkshire Regiment are commemorated in the Memorial Book.
