The War Memorial for Wealdstone, Middlesex, stands at the corner of the High Street and Spencer Road in Wealdstone. The memorial is a clock tower, with the names of those commemorated inscribed on 3 panels at the base of the tower.

The memorial commemorates 249 names from the First World War, together with 5 later additions. Below one of the panels is a small panel bearing the names of 2 men, Privates Harry Farr and James Swaine, who were amongst the over 300 who were "shot at dawn". A BBC News Item describes how these two names were added after those executed in the First World War were subsequently pardoned.

The website, Roll of Honour, has a transcription of the names on the memorial, together with biographical details.
