Private John William Yeo, 14485. 2nd Battalion Yorkshire Regiment. Son of Thomas and Elizabeth Ann Yeo, of 9, Thomas St., Monkwearmouth, Sunderland; husband of Margaret Hebron (formerly Yeo), of 11, Victoria Terrace, Old Penshaw, Philadelphia, Co. Durham. Killed 31 August 1918. Aged 28.
Born Houghton-le-Spring, Enlisted Shiney Row, Resided Fencehouses.
Buried VIS-EN-ARTOIS BRITISH CEMETERY, HAUCOURT.

Private Joseph Young. 3/9206. 2nd Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment. Son of Daniel and Mary Young, of 6, John St., West, Ayres Quay; husband of Mary Ellen Young, of 1, James' St., Ayres Quay, Sunderland. Served in the South African War. Killed 15 June 1915. Aged 39.
Born Manchester, Enlisted Sunderland.
Commemorated on Panel 12, LE TOURET MEMORIAL.

Private Preston Young. 91980. 13th Battalion Durham Light Infantry, formerly 13828 the Yorkshire Regiment. Killed 5 October 1918.
Born Whitburn (Sunderland), Enlisted Sunderland, Resided Grangetown.
