Private Frederick Benjamin Clarke, 42824. 8th Battalion Yorkshire Regiment. Formerly 156867 R F A. Son of John and Elizabeth Clarke; husband of Beatrice S. Watling (formerly Clarke), of 3, Fitzilian Avenue, Harold Wood, Essex. Killed 7 June 1917. Aged 24.
Born Diss (Norfolk), Enlisted Bury St. Edmunds, Resided Stuston (Scole, Suffolk).
Commemorated on Panel 33, YPRES (MENIN GATE) MEMORIAL.
