Private John James Sibley. 8176. 2nd Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment. Killed 4 July 1916.
Born Mortimer (Berks), Enlisted Aldershot, Resided Wades Mill (Ware - Hertford).
Buried DAOURS COMMUNAL CEMETERY EXTENSION.

(On the above memorial, John Sibley is shown as a Lance Corporal. However, at the time of his death he was a Private soldier.)
