The War Memorial for St. Dominick, Cornwall, is is a marble plaque in the parish church.
(Note : The parish church is also that of St. Dominick. The name "Dominick" is sometimes spelt "Dominic", but the spelling used on this page is that used by the Ordnance Survey on its 1 : 50K map.)

Private Tosti Langsford. 42390. 5th Battalion Yorkshire Regiment. Formerly 150450 R F A. Son of Roger and Pollie Langsford, of Cleave, St. Dominick, Cornwall. Died 28 October 1917. Aged 20.
Born Calstock, Enlisted Callington, Resided Calstock.
