9th Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment. Died 15 November 1918.
Buried BUSIGNY COMMUNAL CEMETERY EXTENSION.
From the National Probate Register, James Thomas Wilmott, a Private in the 9th Yorks, was shown as living at 4 Ashford Place, Portishead. The 1911 census confirmed this and showed that he was the son of Alfred George Wilmott and was aged 23.
