There are two War Memorials in the Dorman Museum, Middlesbrough. Both are from local Methodist Churches which have been closed or demolished. The memorials are;-
1. The Central Methodist Church War Memorial Windows (the church was originally in Southfields Road, Middlesbrough)
2. The North Ormesby Methodist Church in King's Road, now closed.

The Memorial Windows from the Central Methodist Church, Southfield Road, commemorate those who lost their lives in the First World War as well as those who returned. Of the 22 names of those who lost their lives, 8 were men who served in the Yorkshire Regiment.

The War Memorial from the North Ormesby Methodist Church consists of two brass plaques, commemorating 21 men who lost their lives in the First World War and 7 in the Second World War. Of the 21 names of those who lost their lives in the First World War, 7 were men who served in the Yorkshire Regiment.
