The War Memorial for .Lingfield (Surrey) is located near the village centre.
The memorial is a finely worked lantern with an octagonal column shaft, on a square plinth. The memorial is set in a brick walled enclosure between the road and the village pond. There are four circular plaques with the names of First World War casualties and four rectangular plaques with the names of the Second World War casualties.
59 names are commemorated on the Linton War Memorial as having lost their lives in the First World War, and 30 in the Second World War.
One soldier who served with the Yorkshire Regiment is commemorated on the War Memorial.
