The War Memorials in St. Andrew's Church, Leeds Road, Huddersfield comprised the altar and reredos of oak panelling and credence table in the chancel.
Panels in oak bearing names of the fallen were included.
The oak screen at the entrance to the chapel and oak canopy over the church officers' pews at the west end of the church were dedicated on St Andrew's Day November 30th 1921.
At the time the church was an Anglican parish church in the Diocese of Wakefield. The church was declared redundant in 1975 and transferred to the (Roman) Catholic Diocese of Leeds. The church was again declared redundant in 2001 and sold to a developer. At present the building is boarded up and has been vandalised.
