Born Scalby (Nr. Scarborough), Enlisted Scarborough, Resided Hovingham.
Buried SERRE ROAD CEMETERY No.2.
Commemorated on Pier and Face 3A & 3D, THIEPVAL MEMORIAL.

Son of George and Annie M. Dawson, of Hovingham, Yorks. A Reservist. Killed
16 May 1915. Aged 31.

Son of Annie Maria Dawson, of High St., Hovingham Spa, Malton, Yorks, and the
late George, Dawson. Killed 27 May 1915. Aged 27.
