The First World War Memorial in St. Andrew's Church, Hornbling, is an ornate wall mounted stone tablet, curved at the top with a decorated shelf at the base. The commemorations are in metal lettring, though some letters are missing.

14 names are commemorated as having lost their lives in the FirstWorld War.

Born Horbling (Lincs), Enlisted Grantham, Resided Horbling (Folkingham).
Buried LIJSSENTHOEK MILITARY CEMETERY.
