The First World War Memorial in the Church of St. Helen, Hemswort, is a set of four wooden panels with the names of those commemorated inscribed in black upper case lettering. Above these four panels is a dedication on a carved wooden panel.

The memorial is located in the Lady Chapel of St. Helen's Church.
