The Memorial Plaque inside the Church of St. Oswald, St. Cuthbert, and King Alfwald at Halton in Northumberland contains just one name, - that of Private Richard Graham of the Yorkshire Regiment.

Private Richard Graham, 45804. 8th Battalion Yorkshire Regiment. Son of Robert and Jane Graham, of Grottington, Hexham, Northumberland. Killed 20 September 1917. Aged 35.
Born Whittington, Enlisted Newcastle, Resided Hexham.
Commemorated Panel 52 to 54 and 162A, TYNE COT MEMORIAL.
