The Flockton War Memorial is situated outside the Church of St. James the Great, in the churchyard.
The memorial commemorates 9 men who lost their lives in the First World War, and 2 in the Second World War.
Inside the church is a Roll of Honour which commemorates the above names, plus an additional name for the First World War.

Born Flockton (Yorks), Enlisted Wakefield, Resided Emley (Nr. Wakefield).
Buried GLAGEON COMMUNAL CEMETERY.
