The War Memorial for Farnham (the Bourne) is located on Frensham Road, Farnham, outside the Church of St. Thomas on the Bourne. There is also a War Memorial for Farnham itself, situated to the North of this particular War Memorial.

The War Memorial for Farnham (the Bourne) is a Celtic granite cross on a two step base bearing engraving. Carved vine leaves and fruit are down the shaft of the cross on the front face. The dedication is on the front face, and the commemorations on the sides.
