The Eastbrook Hall War Memorial is now located in the Art Galleries and Museum Store, Back Saltaire Road, Shipley, Bradford.
The memorial was originally located in the Eastbrook Hall, Leeds
Road, Bradford.
This was originally a Wesleyan chapel dating back to 1825, but was demolished
in 1900 and a "Central Mission Hall" was built in 1903 with seating
for 2,200. After a disastrous fire in 1996 the building was completely renovated
at a cost of £12m and fitted out with 75 apartments and shops.
The memorial is a board with names in three columns and enclosed by an ornate frame of two columns supporting a nowy-headed top. An inscription at the top is carved and names are in black painted lettering. Cherubs at the top of the columns on the sides and carved within the nowy-headed top. Cross with metal wreath over the arms is in the centre column of the names.
151 names are commemorated as havin glost their lives in the First World War.
Amongst the names is that of a soldier who served with the Yorkshire Regiment.

Buried RATION FARM MILITARY CEMETERY.
