This First World War Memorial is now located in St Peter's Church (Bank Street, Darwen) on the right-hand side of main Altar. The Church was formerly known as Holy Trinity Church, until St Peter's Church was formed by merger of 3 parishes in the 1970's.

140 names are commemorated as having lost their lives in the First World War.

1 soldier who served in the Yorkshire Regiment is commemorated on the memorial.
