The War Memorial for Bulmer is situated in St. Martin's churchyard.

The memorial is a plain Latin Cross on a 3-stepped base.

20 names are shown on the memorial, of whom 4 lost their lives in the First World war.
1 soldier who served in the Yorkshire Regiment is commemorated on the memorial.

Private Arthur Smith. 18137. 2nd Battalion Yorkshire Regiment. Son of John and Eliza Smith, of Welburn, Castle Howard, York. Killed 25 September 1915. Aged 17.
Born Bulmer (Yorks), Enlisted Malton, Resided Bulmer.
Commemorated on Panels 44 & 45, LOOS MEMORIAL.
