The War Memorial in St. Ann's RC Church, Bradford, has been moved to St. Joseph's RC Church, Parkington Street, Bradford. St Anne's RC Church, Guy Street / Granby Street, ceased to be used in 2006 and is now commercial premises.

St. Anne's RC Church War Memorial is an elaborate framed wall panelling in a framework of Seaton stone. The bottom portion is executed in alternate courses of white Sicilian and vert d'eau marble. Two white marble tablets bear an inscription and the names of men of the parish who died in the First World War, set out in five columns. The names of three parishioners who died in the Second World War are also recorded.

The memorial commemorates 80 names from the First World War and 3 names from the Second World War.
