The Norwich Roll of Honour lists the names of 3,544 men from Norwich who died in the First World War. The Roll of Honour was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and consists of 28 oak panels on which the commemorated names have been painted.

Originally the Roll of Honour was housed in the Castle Keep, but after suffering structural damage was relocated to the City Hall. The Roll of Honour can be found in the main foyer (on the left side as you enter City Hall) but viewings are only on a pre-booked basis.

A full list of names on the panels of the Roll of Honour can be found on the Norwich Roll of Honour website. This website shows not only the full names of those commemorated but also their regiment and regimental number.

19 soldiers who served in the Yorkshire Regiment are commemorated on the Roll of Honour.
