The War Memorial for Malpas (Newport, Mon.)
Photo kindly supplied by Graham Dally (<graham.dally@ntlworld.com>) on behalf of the Malpas Institute Trust.

The Malpas Roll of Honour was originally positioned inside the Malpas War Memorial Institute built in the 1920s. The Institute was demolished in 1981, and the Roll of Honour was moved to the Malpas Community Centre. The board lists both the local men who served in the First World War and those who lost their lives.

One soldier who served with the Yorkshire Regiment is listed amongst those who died.
