Andrew Walker (<bronnert.walker@ntlworld.com>) has kindly forwarded the photographs and information on the Memorial to Major Harold Brown, DSO MC, situated on the gatepost of the Hollies park in Headingley Leeds. The house and park were donated by his father George Brown to Leeds City Council in 1921 in remembrance of his son.

The Hollies is still owned by Leeds city council. The house is a hostel for the homeless and the park remains open to the public.
