The Evenwood War Memorial is located just inside the Evenwood Cemetery gates on Oakwood Bank, located on the North side of Evenwood village.
The memorial is a stone obelisk, and commemorates 48 names from the First World War and 24 from the Second World War. The commemorations are on three of the four sides of the obelisk, with the dedication on the fourth (main) side). The First World War commemorations are on either side of the dedication panel.
Photos of 3 of the 4 panels are shown below, and are by courtesy of Kevin Richardson <<knrichardson53@gmail.com>.
A transcription of the names on the panels can be found on Kevin Richardson's website for the Evenwood Cemetery War Memorial.

Of the 48 names commemorated for the First World War, 5 are those of soldiers who served with the Yorkshire Regiment.
