4th Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment. Son of John Gales & Annie Maria Napier of New St., Barnett Lane, Kingswinford, Wordsley, Staffs. Died at home 5 September 1919. Aged 43.
Born Kilburn (London).

(Additional information : From his Pension record, - Enlisted 31/8/1914. Discharged 24/5/1918 with arthritis.
His surname appears in many variations incl., Napper)
