Son of Arthur and Louisa Alsford; husband of Margaret Rebecca Welch (formerly Alsford), of 31L, Beaconsfield Buildings, York Rd., King's Cross, London, Served in Tirah Campaign (1897-98) and the South African Campaign.
Died at home 1 August 1915. Aged 39.
Born St. Paul's (London), Enlisted London.
