Baxenden (St. John the Baptist) Churchyard contains 3 burials from both World Wars, - 2 from the First World War and 1 from the Second World War.

One burial is that of a soldier who served with the Yorkshire Regiment.

We are very grateful to Mike Berrell for the photographs of the headstone, the churchyard and the Church of St. John the Baptist.
