Son of Austin Barker, of Stamford Bridge, York; husband of Ethel Barker, of
Academy House, Catterick, York. Killed 2 April 1917. Aged 41.
Commemorated Bay 5, Arras Memorial.
Born Stamford Bridge (Yorks), Enlisted Catterick.
Serjeant Alfred Brigham, 265305. 18th Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment,
attached to the 2nd/2nd King's African Rifles. Died 6 September 1918.
Buried LUMBO BRITISH CEMETERY.
Born Catterick (Yorks), Enlisted Catterick, Resided East Appleton (Catterick).
(In 1915, Alfred Brigham was a Private (1581) in the 4th Battalion Yorkshire
Regiment).
Lieutenant George Hanley Hutchinson. 4th Battalion the Yorkshire
Regiment. Son of Teasdale Hilton Hutchinson and Gertrude Hutchinson. Born
Catterick, Yorks. Killed 2 March 1916. Aged 28.
Buried POPERINGHE NEW MILITARY CEMETERY.
Lance Corporal John Ralph Pattison, 1163. 4th Battalion the Yorkshire
Regiment. Son of John Thomas and Mary Pattison, of Catterick, Yorks. Died
7 October 1915. Aged 21.
Buried BAILLEUL COMMUNAL CEMETERY EXTENSION (NORD).
Born Catterick (Yorks), Enlisted Catterick.
Corporal Ernest Peacock, MM, 200556. 4th Battalion the Yorkshire
Regiment. Son of Joseph William and Mary Eliza Peacock, of The Bungalow, Catterick,
Yorks. Died 27 May 1918. Aged 20.
Commemorated on the SOISSONS MEMORIAL.

Hill, Darlington. Died 14 February 1916. Aged 20.
